Pros

Good management to allow you to lead and work with your team. Pretty good information flow and coordination with upper management, Pay is good, also there is a good process for advancing hourly personnel.

Cons

Sometimes there are too many contractors especially in the QA area. They do not have the buy in as a team and did not really seem to care how to help in the long term. They sometimes were confrontational.

Pros

Some of the people and benefits at this Company are fairly good. A lot of good people work here and some people care of the long term goal of this company. Many people like the vacation policy.

Cons

The work load is high, they do not promote from inside the company, the goals are short term, they struggle with processes that are developed in Basel or visp that absolutely do not apply to life in the United States. Only managers , sales and marketing are valued here. R&D is underpaid, understaffed and treated badly. Also the employee grading they did was based on an out of date job description. One manager was quoted as saying if they get two years out of employees, that was the most they can hope for.
