      Pros

      All my managers at this company were fair and respectful. They gave me enough guidance but also allowed and trusted me to do my job. Good culture

      Cons

      Understaffed for my department. Ended up with too much traveling and troubleshooting for certain projects

      Pros

      Good salary and benefits if your salary personal. Product is a good market leader and strong. Good location to live in the North Atlanta area. Basic steady cost of living pay increase of 2% yearly. Heath insurance cost average for the coverage.

      Cons

      Very micro-managed upper management. Management not trust worthy, very inconsistent and a good old boy type culture. Hard to fit in if you come in new to the environment. Company not willing to invest were it needs to be. Advancement within the company not going to happen. Internal communication of changes and close to home activities not good.

      Pros

      Good starting point for a career in pharma and biotech . Exposure to a variety of customer projects. Great experience if you want to get into consultancy or join a proper big swiss pharma like Roche or Novartis

      Pathetic pay and unreasonable expectations when getting thrown into tech transfer from an acquired company
