Compensation was competitive in general with other competitors.
Cons
Poor career development. Heavy power struggle and politics, Managers did not value feedback and always dictated by a few ground staff. They did not care how the job was completed as long as it was completed. Bias selection of staff for promotion and development. Good work ethics are not rewarded.
