Pros

You get to learn alot of good baseline skills and get exposed to a lot of different aspects of the biotech job enviornment. Very good benefits.

Cons

If you good at the job you are in it is very hard to move on from it and move up. The pay seems to be lower than average. Company is very top heavy.
