Good benefits, including tuition reimbursement and bonus incentive plan. Plenty of opportunities for training.

Cons

Company does not seem to be good at developing technical talent. Most movement has been on the/to the business side of things. Not what I'm interested in right now.

-good benefits -adheres to cGMP procedures -direct supervisor is very supportive

Cons

-upper management does not pay much attention to what is actually occurring on the floor -promotions are supposed to be based on tenure and performance - often they are based on favoritism -QA does not communicate well with production staff and is constantly changing their guidelines/policies without telling manufacturing

Manufacturing Experience GMP Entry-Level Biotech Good training program Good Benefits program Operated Chromatography, ultrafiltration and diafiltration skids. Ran clean in place and steam in place processes on stainless-steel tanks. Participated in a team oriented atmosphere to accomplish complicated tasks.

Cons

Bad Hours. Disconnect between management and staff. Hours disruptive to work/life balance.
