      Good for Entry level, But Hard for the experienced

      Pros

      - Good incentives and allowances - Good place to learn for starters in the biotechnology production industry

      Cons

      - Gets easily overworked when you get more experienced (More projects to handle while at the same time need to manage floor works which runs 12 hours in your shift almost non-stop) - Lack of good people's management as they don't try to keep experienced employees

      Pros

      Some of the best people I have ever worked with have been at Lonza. The Analytical Sciences department working under one roof/lab was excellent for sharing knowledge between teams, moral, and just generally feeling like we're all working together. It was great being able to work openly and meant you were able to mix well with everyone.

      Cons

      Progression is a long and hard road, you need to be doing the role you want to be promoted to for at least 6 months+ and flawlessly to show that you are worthy of being promoted. Depending on the department you work within the analysis can end up being very mundane and repetitive after a while.
