Pros

Reasonable expectations, great colleagues, and a flexible schedule. Great learning experience and steady increase in responsibilities. Solid product line to sell that was well supported.

Cons

Management and team structure were in almost constant flux leading to less confidence in job security than I would have liked, even for a sales job.

Good team environment, decent bonuses, lots of cross training opportunities. Relatively easy to transfer departments.

Cons

Lonza runs extrememly lean, which can be exhausting physically and mentally.

Close to home, other than that they don't have much going for them.

Cons

Senior management is clueless on running a GMP company. They have grandfathered in many people that do not have a background in science into a company they are trying to turn into a world leader in Cell Therapy. Scary deal when they have high school graduates managing departments, and graduate level scientists shaking their heads over the lack of understanding of the task at hand.
