Impulsive management that has difficulty with creating and executing strategies Inability to stick to their plans results in missing goals, which leads to budget shortfalls and lower annual, and long-term, compensation benefits. Lack of diversity at the top. A number of sites (not exclusive to any one of the major Lonza Sectors) are dysfunctional, so do your homework if you're looking to join.
