Lots of opportunities for lateral moves to other departments.

Cons

Return to Office policy. No more working from home. I used to recommend to a friend but no longer CEO wants everyone onsite for productivity. However there is not enough space, our colleagues and customers live internationally so we won't be seeing them onsite regardless. Worse for mental health, people with intermittent health issues, people with children etc.

Horrible management, top down decision without taking into account employees feedbacks, enforced back to office policy with a very short adjustment period (2months) making impossible for actual adjustments. This is an unofficial second wave of layoffs. Management has no idea about amount of actual work of employees. Many colleagues went in sick leave for burnout.

Vast discrepancy in skills between shifts, lack of available trainers, recent change in management worsened morale and culture, lack of diversity (it is for New Hampshire, I suppose, but not as much as they like to tout)
