Pros

Pay is decent, fully remote work, product has potential

Cons

Executive leadership is terrible, inexperienced, big egos. They are neither good people leaders nor good business leaders and things are looking downhill in every sense both from a cultural perspective as well as company growth.

Pros

The perks and pay are pretty great and the culture seems pretty friendly and inviting at first.

Cons

Promotes a work when you want/work where you want culture, but that is certainly not the reality. You are watched constantly and even slightly hitting below metrics or leaving to do essential things will get you written up. When it comes to quarterly reviews, everything changes. No longer will the long hours, viable projects, and above-average metrics be good enough. They say you are doing great and amazing at the team meetings; only to give you average or barely making it in your review, which is what actually matters.

Pros

Asynch work - Great product - Great benefits - Great Pay

Cons

Echoing what has been said that Loom has the potential to be a phenomenal company but will have a very hard time getting there with the sales leadership in place today. The Business Development management is not open to career conversations, does not provide feedback or coaching, will not provide you any clear expectations, and will expect you to excel while they take credit for "helping" and for any of the successful processes that you generated without them. This is an extremely toxic work place, and I would not recommend working for this sales org. On top of this, there is no room for growth at Loom. They will promise advancement in careers but promotions are not laid out formally or even informally -- there's no way of knowing how you can promote even if you hit quota or exceed quota every month, so you're at-will to their disposal.
