Pros

- The leaders care about building a great team - growth has been through both new hires and from within to leadership roles - They have generous compensation and benefits - non location based within country! - The people are incredibly helpful and support each other. - The spirit of the company is mission driven and really believes the product will change the way we work for the better. The company lives this and uses loom in every way - really making the product work best for them as well as the customers

Cons

- it’s a high growth startup and sometimes decisions are messy but the company has good values and fails forward. - it’s expected you have to work hard but company is empathetic and follows those periods with time to rest and recharge

Pros

Atlassian acquisition has been a huge morale boosting for culture. There's FINALLY been innovation on the product roadmap to better service our sales led customers and business.

Cons

Politics with the exec team has been a long time con - as well as the lack of maturity. There's tremendous ego and bias. The product org has much of the power and senior product leaders reap the benefits when it comes to reward, recognition, career advancement and pay. While this feels like a con often times for the teams outside of product, it's a huge win if you're joining or sit in the product org. This is likely to change with the recent acquisition!
