Pros
Great team spirit, strong sense of purpose, great place to work. Overall, the team here is very strong, and I've made some great friends. The company is doing well even in a tough economy, and management seems to be doing a good job. The company has great benefits and a very competitive salary & compensation package for my position. Development environment is top-rate and LoopNet provides great training and education perks to make sure that all developers are current on the most up-to-date technologies. Work hours and PTO are flexible as long as you get the work done.
Cons
Very busy! You never get the sense you are finished -- there is always something more to do.
