The staff at Lorien has been welcoming all around. Everyone has been willing and helpful. The administrator is a people person which makes her very easy to talk to. She doesn't make you feel rushed and takes your concerns and questions seriously.

Cons

At the current moment, I do not have any cons about the company. I honestly don't anticipate having any.
