Great Residents!! Deserve a better living arrangement!!

Sucks!!! Upper management is only about the money they collect...from the sorry food they give the residents to the low pay they pay out their employees... All loriens are trash and need to really relook at there purpose of business!!!!!

Wonderful(mostly) staff and residents. Competitive and sometimes leading wages

Cons

Family and personal politics hinder most growth. Poor upper and middle management which leads to a contemptuous and survivalist work atmosphere.

Pros

Helpful nurse manager, and helpful staff. The staff members are very open to helping out as long as you show respect and not dictate them. The physicians are very open to answering educational questions to help the care of the residents here, absolutly loved the learning experience with the physicians and CRNPs, very knowledgeable. Upper nursing management do listen, but try to go up the ladder before going to the head.

Cons

Watch your back, some people tend to "tattle" here about private conversations even if its outside of work. Management sometimes are very quick to judge based on one person perspective instead of investigating the situation.
