Pros

I loved working with the elderly residents Alzheimer's and dementia disease it tought me alot I've been doing this work in nursing home also assisted living even did some housekeeping working in a nursing home that shows to tell how much i love to work with the elderly my dad is sick so i currently helps with him as well

Cons

My downsides is when the residents gets so close to me and passes away i look at them as family once i came aboard to the jobs we all became as one

Great patients, most were very sweet to interact with. Some were not so much. Easy job overall if you can come in and get your work done.

Cons

Very unorganized business. There is no communication in the facility. No one is on the same page in reference to facility management.

Pros

Lorien is focused on providing exceptional patient-centered care. The facility's staff is comprised of skilled nurses, compassionate GNAs, a motivating team of therapists, as well as many other professionals who are dedicated to offering the best experience for Lorien's residents. One of the best things about working for Lorien Bulle Rock is sharing in the goal to create something better than great. There are appreciation events including breakfasts and dessert bars for all team members. Lorien also provides many opportunities for advancement from within the company.

Cons

I can't say enough great things about Lorien. Even when a challenge does present itself, there is always someone to speak with and work with to resolve it. There is an open door policy in the building as well as an anonymous hotline available so that everyone has access and is comfortable providing feedback or making suggestions.
