Great for remote work

Pros

I enjoyed the freedom of working remotely, nice people, the absence of micro-management (the more experience you have, the more independence you're given), and good compensation for experienced professionals. I'd continue working here, but it turned out you could get emotionally exhausted from working remotely.

Cons

Benefits package could be better.

Pros

Of course the benefits are awesome. Starting pay is well above minimum wage, and I mean well above. Tuition reimbursement, lots of training are pretty cool.

Cons

Everyone smiles in your face and gossips behind your back even upper management

Good pay, good culture. Nice office close to Mountain View downtown. The projects are usually interesting.

Cons

Sometimes overtime is needed, but not very frequently.
