Pros

Good Benefits, flexible schedules, work is routine. Nice people, good management.

Cons

Lots of competition for jobs with foreign born employees. Salaries and work duties do not always match. Sometimes work locations can feel unsafe. Older employees face age discrimination for promotions.

Pros

My supervisor was very flexible with my part-time schedule. He allowed me to come in to work on Saturdays in order to focus on school during the week. The pay was a good amount above minimum wage.

Cons

Late hours during the summer because of Baseball League duties. Patron interaction not as bad as one would expect from retail or dining, but sometimes wasn't pleasant.
