Job security, good benefits and opportunities for advancement if you have a degree, work hard and do what you are suppose to do, learn as much as you can and the sky is the limit. Many have done it, so can you.
Cons
You get the impression that the executives don't know what they are doing and that's often the case. They think that waving a magic wand and spreading fairy dust, they can get blood out of stone.
