      There are a lot of benefits of working with LA County . The pay is good, all your benefits are included and you can transfer or get promotions without actually losing seniority and the security of the county ..

      Cons

      There are a lot of politics that get in the way of really enjoying your work sometimes.. Sometimes it appears that the media and the board of supervisors control our policies .. When there is bad media, the morale seems to be down. The county doesn't always invest in leadership .
