Pros

The pay is honestly the best you can find for a social work position straight out of grad school, and you get lots of holidays

Cons

The probation is A WHOLE YEAR, and you can’t use any PTO during that time. Also, unless your heart is truly in this work, the burnout and overload of work is extremely hard to manage
