Pros

Love the company. Good benefits, unlimited PTO, any role can be transformative.

Cons

I think there needs to be a mandatory day or two at the office to build a better company culture.

We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear that you love the company and that the benefits and opportunities available are favorable. Thank you for the notes about having staff in the office together more regularly, and about the reward system. We encourage you to share your thoughts with your manager, if you haven't already. In the meantime, the El Segundo office is open and several teams have been coming in regularly. The company will continue to share updates about COVID protocols and any requirements or opportunities for gathering in the office, as they become available.
