Nonstop downsizing, less employees though still opportunities and increased contractor status for employment.

The L.A. Times was my home away from home for 22 years. If I hadn't been laid off, I would have stayed past retirement!

I cant think of any cons. I wouldn't have stayed as long as I did if there were cons.
