Very good benefits; competitive salary; high-quality products. 401k plan in particular is a standout among media companies. Perks include on-site gym, cafeteria.

Cons

No raises; constant corporate turmoil at parent company. Strategic focus shifted too often. Too little investment to keep core products at top of the market.
