Pros

Good people, co-workers at all levels, but the cloud with the silver lining is growing darker as more realities are realized. Product still matters and makes an impact.

Cons

Most good managers and reps are long gone. Many of those that remain have learned to play the game, operate with keeping their position top of mind, and are afraid to stick their necks out to make real positive changes.

Pros

The people at this company are fun and very creative. Like the new publisher and his focus on local Los Angeles. Benefits are good but used to be better. Work from home for most sales reps.

Cons

Tribune company ties makes us seem we aren't performing well. Wish we can do an independent company away from Chicago. Pay for sales isn't what it used to be. Wish they would give better compensation based on revenue brought in.
