You’ll grow a ton as a person because you’re constantly pushed out of your comfort zone. The culture is usually really strong—being around driven, competitive people helps you level up fast. The pay can be amazing too if you’re willing to put in the effort, since it’s directly tied to how hard you work. Plus, it opens doors for leadership opportunities way quicker than most jobs.

Cons

It’s not easy work. You deal with rejection all day long, and you have to learn not to take it personally. It can also be tiring—long hours, lots of walking, and staying positive even when people aren’t friendly.
