Readers beware!! Management is VERY shady!! Direct supervisor very coniving, vindictive. Looking for any bias excuse to get rid of you! Direct supervisor clearly lacks management skills and people skills. Things done by management very unethical, wouldn't surprise me if they are faced with a lawsuit soon!

I love many things about my position, especially coming from my previous job where employees were completely undervalued and upper management was off-site and had no idea what was going on. Here at Loudoun Water I have a Supportive Manager, the opportunity to telework from home on occasion, and a flexible work schedule to accomodate a work/life balance.

Cons

No cafeteria on site Segregation between "white collar" and "blue collar" No ladder to climb (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3) within a position, can leave an employee feeling stuck.
