A discount is the only real perk here.

Cons

This hands down is the worst place I've ever worked. They fire and lay off people every single week since I've worked here and it's been a year! Racist they laid off all the people of color in management roles and replaced them with whites only. Pay is horrible too. Worst commission structure in the entire luxury industry.
