      Fun place to work but everything from management to pay is bad

      Great discount. Some of the staff could be nice

      Cons

      Management team was terrible. Everyone on the management team were sycophants to the store director. Micromanaged everything. Pay was bad compared to other high end luxury brands. Probably one of the lowest in it's class. Worked you like a slave and seemed to think you should thank them for letting you work there. Pay is capped after a bonus no matter how much more you sell. Unruly customers that management would rather you deal with than deal with on their own.

      One has the opportunity to meet with some really interesting people as well as experience the fine label that we all love.

      Cons

      Some of the customers can be a bit snobby and rude at times.
