Pros

The products typically sell themselves. At the end of the day the customer comes in to learn about it and it’s your job to explain it and show it off.

Cons

Dealing with rude and abrasive customers. Lack of room for growth regardless of intent and continuous asking to upper management. The company consistently hires outside the company instead of looking internally. Our discount is 40% and at this point the customers are essentially getting that and more. The biggest thing this company urges mangers to push is our bonus structure that downs work. I have worked here for almost 4 years now and have only seen 2 bonus.

This is still a good product with lots of innovations. Peers are supportive of each other.

Cons

Pressure to produce causes A LOT of micromanaging. Showroom managers can’t even hire their own part timers without DM and Regional Director approval.
