Pros

- Every week I hear from families about the difference our products are making in their lives. I can't believe I get to be part of making products that make a difference like this, and I love the creativity that goes into it. - Lovevery is stacked with talent. Jess and Rod have recruited some amazing people at ever level and on every team. R&D, ops, customer support, marketing, software developers, finance, analytics. I don't think there is a company with a more vibrant and impressive set of talent in the area. - As a parent of two young children, I have appreciated the flexibility and support the company has given me. - I have appreciated the opportunities for promotion here.

Cons

- Performance reviews took a while for Lovevery to start doing. I think some people were more surprised than they needed to be when they got some critical feedback in their reviews.

Pros

- It's hard to explain how gratifying it is to hear positive feedback from parents around the world about the products we're building...this is the most meaningful job I have ever had - Company is stacked with talent in R&D, support, marketing, writing, software, ops....really everywhere....and lots of outside experts on child development coming in to work with us as well...A+ investors also - Very flexible with accommodating my needs as a parent of two young children - Leadership is accessible and supportive...they deserve a lot of credit for building a company of this size in just a few years

Cons

- Performance feedback could be done more regularly...we had to wait a while for our first set of performance reviews to complete - No 401k match

Pros

Great humans, mission and politics. My fellow employees have diverse areas of expertise which makes for learning in many different areas. Rad to have such a progressive company based in beautiful and fun Boise, Idaho. The outdoors and ease of day to day life is hard to beat. My colleagues that have moved here from out of state are gleeful and secretly think that they have won the lottery.

Cons

Rapid growth during the pandemic has made meeting and connecting with fellow employees hard.
