Pros

The products are well researched and well made

Cons

I was so excited to work for this company, but it's turned out to be a huge dissappointment. I've survived multiple rounds of layoffs, and have gone years without a raise or promotion, despite glowing reviews from peers and managers. The company is struggling due to poor decisions, economic issues, and new tariff laws. Employees have been stripped of their benefits to save on costs. Culture is nonexistent as majority of the employees are looking for new jobs, but are struggling to get hired in the current market. Employees are burnt out and stressed because initiatives are constantly changing in order to stay afloat. Employees feel as though they cannot trust founders, management, or HR. I would not recommend applying for any open roles.

Pros

- From the founders to teams like Recruiting and Software Development, everyone I worked with showed exceptional kindness, integrity, and human quality. - A mission-driven company that genuinely cares about child development and family well-being. - Supportive and highly professional teams across disciplines. - Excellent work-life balance, which I especially appreciated as a parent. - Unique and meaningful perks, like receiving the company’s products—my child absolutely loved them. - Strong culture of learning and cross-functional collaboration, especially between tech, content, and design.

Cons

None relevant in my experience.
