A work in progress

Pros

I believe their hearts are in the right place. The company is dedicated to helping the unhoused get off the streets and into shelters. The pay is decent, considering it is a nonprofit. My immediate boss is pretty chill and his boss is awesome.

Cons

Operations run 24/7, and somebody has to work the off shift that most ppl don't care for. It's more of a security/babysitting job than anything else.

The company has been growing exponentially but due to COVID its very hard to find qualified help so the company is a little disorganized

Pros

My accounting manager was dope. Gave me all the freedom that I needed to succeed.

Cons

The pay is not the best, but it is a non-profit for a reason.
