Pros

Helps house homeless men. The building was well-maintained. Supplies were kept stocked.

Cons

Leadership was ignorant about how to collaborate with outside agencies to assist tenants in receiving benefits. Managers threatened to evict tenants they didn't like. They used derogatory terms behind the backs of employees with Mexican heritage. Family members were in the direct line of supervision, which caused favoritism.
