      Definitely a good company to work for. They care about their employees.

      Cons

      Benefits aren’t very good, especially 401k.

      Don't be fooled by best place to work

      Great Co-workers, Nice Office, Plenty of Overtime Opportunities

      Cons

      Only actually care if you are hitting your numbers, can't take advantage of all the things they provide for you in the office because if you pick your head up for one second you won't hit your numbers, terrible 401k match. Typical startup work environment where they hide poor benefits and average pay behind a fancy office and free coffee.

      One of our Core Values is "High Performance", therefore hitting performance numbers is important. However, the goals are aligned to be achieved within a 40 hour work week. We hope the free coffee, ping pong, pool and shuffle board tables allow team members time to relax and enjoy their lunch break.
