Pros

This place has an absolutely amazing team- the level of talent is incredible, and everyone is positive and eager to help each other out. The company is always looking for ways to streamline processes to cut down on wait times and busywork. Leadership is communicative and personable as well. Overall, Lower is a great place to be!

Cons

The 401K match is rather low, and health insurance costs increased this year.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! You are correct that we are always looking on ways to improve processes and improve experiences for our customers as well as our employees. Unfortunately, as health care continues to rise, we did have to make the decision to increase some of our benefit premiums as well, but we were able to avoid raising the cost on some of our plans. We do strive to provide our employees with great but affordable insurance plans. If you have suggestions, please reach out to our benefits team.
