Pros

I never saw myself in the mortgage industry, but this is the best place I’ve worked by far! I actually enjoy my job and feel like I am making a difference, and look forward to seeing my coworkers everyday. I love the positive atmosphere here and the fact that your team and management want to help you succeed. There is so much growth and opportunity here it’s insane. I am looking forward to what the future holds for me here at Lower!

Cons

Not many cons other than I would love to see us all in one building so we don’t have to drive back and forth for lunch and some events.

- Company Culture is unlike anything I have ever seen before. - The Company is designed for their employees success, they want you to be successful and grow. - The training is intensive, but does not throw you head on into everything. The corporate trainers are extremely helpful for everyone, experience or not.

Cons

- This is my first job straight out of college and I cannot ask for a company to work for as a first job. I have no complaints.
