Amazing culture and management, I've worked here for only 4 months and have already been promoted. Management does a great job at creating a high performance culture and promoting from within. I have recommended working at Lower to many of my friends and family, and many of them actually work here now. If you're looking for growth and an inclusive culture, you should work at Lower.

From day one I have felt welcomed by everyone I talked to. Your growth potentially is up to you, if you are driven and willing to put in the work you can get everything and more out of this job. The people and atmosphere are great as everyone wants to help each other succeed. With the same goal in mind, it is easy to find someone to help you if you are in a bind or don't know something. I am looking forward to seeing how far this company can grow!

Cons

There can be moments where it is overwhelming, and it seems like there is a lot on your plate, but as I said before it is what you want it to be.
