Pros

Lower is an ambitious young company that provides fantastic growth potential to its employees. The culture is high energy and fast paced, and the company is ambitious and strives to make a real difference in the lives of its costumers. Any driven employee can thrive in the environment Lower creates for its staff.

Cons

No major cons to speak of. 401(k) is a bit lacking in its match, but considering how young the company is this isnt a major drawback.

Pros

Fantastic work environment. The office has lots of energy, is welcoming, and is fun to be a part of. Every single person wants to help move you forward. Lots of room for growth because the company loves promoting from within. There are lots of in-office and out-of-office activities that help grow the friendships among co-workers.

Cons

The mortgage industry in general can be a little overwhelming. But if you need help, someone will be there to guide you.

Pros

Everyone in the office truly cares, not only about the customers but their co-workers as well. There is never a moment where you feel left out.

Cons

Work until 7pm on Mondays, but that is only once a week and honest, not that bad.
