Leads. The training staff was kind and very helpful. Many of them were recently laid off though.

Cons

Everything else. Basically a bunch of people fresh out of school who are pretending to know what they are doing in the industry. Be prepared to have loans taken from your pipeline. Be prepared to have the rug pulled from under you. Real lack of integrity. The bones/ idea of this company are solid. Execution is poor. If the higher ups really cared or paid attention to abuses of power, and actual talent they have instead of throwing them away it would be much better. What was claimed in the recruitment process was just wildly untrue.

Literally cannot think of one.

Cons

-Long hours -Forced into harassing innocent people over the phone (make you call them 5 times a day) -Immature management -Repetitive -Basically you are a glorified telemarketer

They fired a whole department. The place is a serious joke. I learned no new skills and I could not carry anything over with me when I got a new job. The position was cold calling.
