Poor management, constant changes with unrealistic goals combined make it difficult to do your best. Extreme micromanaging, more than I have seen before, unappreciated, always points errors and faults, but not best efforts and great performance overall as an employee.

-I haven't found another lending company with lower bps and even talented experienced LOs are having trouble hitting their draw. -They consistently tell you to work hard and good things will happen, but I have been an LO for quite a while and everything has for the most part gotten worse. -they claim to be growing non stop producing tons of career opportunities but are on a hiring freeze and laying off people by the dozen. -Leads can be recycled as far as a year back while metrics keep increasing. -Promotional metrics are further than mars and also at the discretion of management even if you hit them. -Upper management is out of touch with the needs of the regular loan officers as puts on a positive façade on social media to act like its a great place to work. -It is very stressful as is any Loan Officer position, however the pay is not even close to worth it -There is absolutely no policy for work from home which is extremely frustrating because there isn't even an option for sick days. Some work from home everyday and others are forced to take PTO any day they are not in office.
