Pros

The people rock. The office is also pretty cool.

Cons

The lack of direction from management shows in the employees. The departments do not collaborate the way they should- there are very capable people on both teams, but they haven't figured out how to use the strengths from both sides to close loans. You no longer get out what you put in because the second the loan leaves your desk it's out of your hands and there are little to no opportunities to help it move along after the fact. They offer employees generous raises but only after they threaten to quit. Concerns are deflected and management is overall extremely young and inexperienced.
