While expectations are set up front at the beginning of employment, we understand that not everyone will be able to keep up with our high energy and day-to-day grind. Making the dreams of owning a home a reality for thousands of people a year is not always easy, but our staff sure does believe that our work is meaningful and worth the effort that is put into the role.

Let's start with the many mass layoffs - STRESSFUL & Sad. Workload goals were totally unachievable - even so they continued to force more work or work from the people they kept firing on top of already unrealistic workload. The quality of loans was trash - pipeline mostly FHA and USDA for purchasing processors. All good quality loans are given to specialists. Spent the majority of time just trying to make the files qualify. Majority of loan officers had no idea how to qualify clients for FHA or USDA. Restricted OT*** but still expected miracle closings. Staying late everyday and not getting paid for it - just to try to meet crazy KPIs **Eventually the entire purchasing dept was laid off without notice.
