Pros

Beautiful campus- a lake, waterfalls, ample covered parking, a fitness center. Decent medical insurance. Big company, so lots of opportunities to move around.

Cons

Like every big company-Lowes has some terrific leaders in the corporate office, and some truly terrible ones. The terrible ones are able to “manage up” very well, convincing their superiors ( who are also pretty poor) that they are doing their jobs, when they are actually spending all day self promoting, and accomplishing very little. Poor PTO- 3 weeks vacation at 5 years, but nothing more until 15.

Not happy that you are held accountable for thefts while working SCO lane without any other front end assistance. Which resulted in my termination.
