      Extremely disorganized! No plan B for emergencies and/or predictable issues. Lack of communication. Work from home equipment was not great. Low morale within team. Hard to get straight answers/feedback.

      Cons

      You are “the contractor”, one more. Nothing else. Cero appreciation, replaceable. Is just work, do not expect more than that. No sick time, vacations, no benefits.
