      A pay check. The pay is fair

      Cons

      No shift diff. No sick time. You pay for mandatory CPR, PPD etc. no company representation. I've never meet any of the staff I work under. Must give 2 1/2 mo notice to get a day off. No 401 match at all. Expensive health benefits.

      Flexibility, true life/balance atmosphere. Good people, pleasant work environment. Loose atmosphere and people get along.

      Cons

      Management should Hire a Business Administrator Consultant to assist in corporate transition. Work distribution needs to be prioritized.
