      Pros

      Good coworkers, fun events, remote Friday’s. Introduced me to many new job avenues.

      Cons

      Parting with LS feels like a bad break up after a long abusive relationship. The stress, poor management, exclusive cliques, and poor business models has left me drained. It’s affected my health and relationships. Parting ways has left me shaken but so, so relieved. A word of advice to anyone who’s considering it- if you’re not an extroverted college athlete, don’t bother.

      My Favorite Job

      Pros

      I love working here. There are some Sundays when I am excited to go to work the next day! My managers are encouraging. I am given metrics to help set personal goals and feel accomplished when I am able to exceed those metrics. I love having flex Fridays and that we get so many paid holidays. The contracts we work with are meaningful and I truly feel like we are making a difference. The compensation packages are generous and we have a great training team who are constantly evolving to provide a great experience and help set everyone up for success. The communication is plentiful and there are always opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Honestly, I don’t have any. No company is perfect, but one thing Loyal Source is consistently doing is looking for ways to improve. I have no doubts that if something was brought to their attention, they would do their best to resolve it and look forward to improve in the future.
