Just a bad job

Pros

The job wouldn’t be so bad if the workload was manageable. The veterans are lovely for the most part and it feels good to help them out. The biggest pro I have is that I’m quitting soon.

Cons

Whatever the recruiters tell you is a misrepresentation of the actual job conditions. The only way anyone could sell this job is to fudge the details. It’s too bad because the examinations themselves are not the issue. Completely unreasonable productivity expectations. You will be forced to work more than 8 hours a day to stay afloat.

Pros

It was 9-5, worked with veterans that were kind and honest. Great co-workers!

Cons

Horrible benefits, gave too much for the amount of time allotted. Did not want to pay overtime when it was needed. They went from hourly to commission pay with requirements, so they didnt have to pay OT. Micromanagement with work load and numbers mattered more for the company! You will feel burnout!!!

Call Center

Pros

Happy hour on Thursday, but for the last 30 minutes or an hour of work.

Cons

The ability to leave early on Fridays is strictly dependent on meeting the weekly calls and text messages quota. If not met, you work regular work hours. Working hard is frequently equated with working overtime, regardless of work-life balance.
