Pros

Seldom personal interaction with upper management Fairly autonomous

Cons

*Pay is close to market but benefits, PTO, and insurance quality are WAY below market *So-called Leadership team is petty, juvenile, extremely wasteful, and genuinely incompetent *Fraudulent. This is a for-profit company taking millions from the VA and not reciprocating with quality care or service, compassion for staff, or competence to run a legitimate healthcare operation *Company riddled with lawsuits ranging from negligence, withholding pay, wrongful terminations, and many many more *Decision makers lack vision. Everything is made up on the fly. *When decision are made they are always half-baked and lack essential resources or skilled managers to execute.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear of your experience as we strive to make our employees feel valued and respected. Loyal Source is proud to announce our new benefits package that has been greatly anticipated. Our leadership team consistently works at building a positive workplace and would encourage our staff to contact HR for any unjust treatment in hopes to find a resolution. Our work with Veterans is near and dear to the company, as all our humanitarian work is. We do our absolute best in properly staffing, managing, and more importantly, helping those populations in need. The contractual landscape moves quickly and we persevere expeditiously and professionally. Thank you for your time and best of luck.

Pros

The bonus was nice when you were able to meet the outlandish metrics.

Cons

Insane metrics, 200 calls, 200 texts, 60 indeed/Linkedin messages 1 start and 1 close per week. They want you to call and harass people in their database weekly to meet these metrics and notate on every call that you called. The metric of closes/hires is sometimes impossible to meet due to the lack of positions available to fill. The composition that they are offering professionals is ludacris and most likely not enough to even pay any student loans they may have. Then the recruiter gets blamed for retention issues

Loyal Source thanks you for your feedback. In response to the metrics, these are in place to ensure we are holding everyone to the same standard. The notations are to avoid multiple reach outs. Our required 1 on 1's and progress meetings are imposed to provide an open channel of communication with your management on any challenges or issues you may be facing. Our compensation is up to industry standard and consistently reviewed by leadership. We are sorry to hear of your experience and wish you all the best.
