Pros

Nope nope nope nope and nope

Cons

The CEO and all executives are completely out of touch with how their own programs work. The program management and staff are actually in the weeds, doing the work to keep the program running. Yet the executives make decisions and changes thinking they know what the heck they are talking about. They don’t. And they don’t care to listen to the measly vermin on the bottom of the totem pole. Cause what would they know? Literally run away if this company tries to hire you. It’s a scam. And one that will ruin your soul.

Pros

Quality community and opportunities to give back through various philanthropy outlets. Work-life balance exercised through virtual classes and remote opportunities for high achievers. Helpful direct managers that want to see you succeed. Quality team.

Cons

COMMISSION STRUCTURE changed during end of COVID19 contracts. making pennies to the hour your nurse is (making almost 60% less on commission breakdown than previous standard). In this transitional time Loyal source lost 8 people on my 12 or so person team, some had been there for 5+ years. Mandatory OT, close to 60-72 hr/w. Unorganized and constant communication hiccups with client requirements. Weekly metrics that are gone over in group meetings, highlighting the stars & calling out those who are missing the mark. if missed on any metrics, remote opportunity can be taken away. Contracts not in your specialty or department available to work on for extra cash, but lack of leadership cohesiveness.
