This is the worse company that I have ever worked for. Just do a quick google search and read the reviews and lawsuits filed against this company. The managers will randomly require overtime without giving notice. They also require you to have all platforms downloaded on your personal phone and will message you on the weekend telling you that you need to send text blasts and emails when you're not on the clock. If you don’t do it, they will hold it against you and add that to their list of reasons to “suspend you from flex.” This company micromanages to the extreme. You are given a weekly scorecard and are graded on things out of your control.

Managers are the worst. They can’t give good advice on how to do your job better. They talk bad about everyone. Will hold pointless meetings over silly things like dress code and then themselves continue to dress all disheveled and chaotic. They think culture is telling dad jokes in a meeting instead of getting to know their employee and build rapport with the team.
